Speaker:

Last week I taught an AI workshop.

2

:

Actually two keynoted, a leadership

seminar, hosted a spouse event, and packed

3

:

my entire house For an international

move, I should have been a puddle

4

:

of mess, but I wasn't because I had

three rituals that kept me grounded

5

:

and one all in one tool that truly

let me lead, sell, and still sleep.

6

:

So grab your cup of whatever's

keeping you steady and let's dive in.

7

:

Speaker 2: Welcome to Heart LED CEO, the

podcast for women wellness entrepreneurs

8

:

who are ready to build scale and automate

their businesses without sacrificing

9

:

their soul, sanity, or authenticity.

10

:

I'm Anacani Walters, a

nurse turned entrepreneur.

11

:

Military spouse, first time mama in

my forties, and a recovering burnout

12

:

survivor who's making it a mission

to help heart led women just like

13

:

you, create thriving businesses that

really feel good, do good, and give

14

:

you the freedom that we all deserve.

15

:

Because here's the thing, you don't

have to hustle harder to succeed.

16

:

You don't have to drown in tech

overwhelm or try to do everything

17

:

alone, and I'm here to give you the

strategies, automation tools, and

18

:

mindset shifts that will help you

step fully into that leader, CEO, and

19

:

impact maker that you are meant to be.

20

:

If you're ready to grow your business in

a way that aligns with your values and

21

:

your life, you are in the right place.

22

:

Let's get into today's episode.

23

:

Speaker: Hey, beautiful.

24

:

Welcome back.

25

:

I wanna do a quick episode.

26

:

So I want you to like just

picture this, like it's 9:00

27

:

PM it's still hot and humid.

28

:

Here in Okinawa, Japan.

29

:

I have slides opened up on

one screen, moving boxes in a

30

:

disastrous house surrounding me.

31

:

Literally, I'm suffocating in

like things that need to be packed

32

:

or moved or shift, and tomorrow.

33

:

I am teaching an AI workshop to

50 military spouses, then heading

34

:

straight into day two of the same

leadership seminar where I'm also

35

:

facilitating, and guess what?

36

:

Giving a keynote speech, my

nervous system is buzzing.

37

:

My to-do list is screaming.

38

:

My toddler is wandering around the

house asking for water and being

39

:

potty trained at the same time.

40

:

Now the old me would've powered

through, stayed up multiple nights

41

:

till one, two o'clock in the morning,

maybe have skipped sleep altogether.

42

:

White knuckled, caffeinated, and.

43

:

Burnt out from both ends.

44

:

This version of me today, though

I paused because I've learned that

45

:

leadership isn't about holding more.

46

:

It's about learning how to maximize

AI and automation for what doesn't

47

:

need my humanness to be present.

48

:

And that week really taught me three

grounding rituals that have saved my

49

:

sanity, and remind me that AI is not cold.

50

:

It is warm capacity.

51

:

Wrapped up in my magic, and this

really was what my last week was.

52

:

I survived.

53

:

I had so much fun.

54

:

I think I over, you know, in all

honesty and true transparency,

55

:

I definitely squeezed too much.

56

:

I, my overgiving self nature

said yes to too many things and I

57

:

could have, toned that part down.

58

:

But nonetheless.

59

:

I wasn't staying up until

1:00 AM to do it all.

60

:

I actually ended up having to deliver

two prerecorded expert, um, workshops.

61

:

I did two AI workshops, one for a

private group and one for the seminar.

62

:

Facilitated all three days of that

seminar and keynote and um, it was

63

:

just a crazy, crazy week, but I.

64

:

Before every presentation, before going

on stage, before hitting that record, I

65

:

was able to stop and I closed my eyes and

I did my four box breath where I use my

66

:

fingers and I take my thumb to each of

the other four fingers and just repeat.

67

:

Peace begins with me, and

that's how I pretty much focus.

68

:

So that I remember when to inhale to

the count of four, hold for the count

69

:

of four, exhale to the count of four.

70

:

And I keep doing that and I use my fingers

back and forth to kind of help ground me.

71

:

It gives me something to focus on and

then it also helps me remember, 'cause

72

:

I always have a hard, hard time holding

between the exhales, the inhales, but

73

:

that single like minute that I use

that time to do that little exercise.

74

:

Helps me hold my body to

let it know that it is safe.

75

:

So when you're calm.

76

:

And your body feels that

your message starts to land

77

:

with power instead of panic.

78

:

Literally.

79

:

Like I, in my mind, was trying to be

someone that I admire, like currently

80

:

right now, and I was trying so

hard following their, their slides,

81

:

presentation like tips and cadence and

using, you know, all of their methods.

82

:

Trying to literally record myself

so that I could memorize my script.

83

:

And right as I was going up on

stage, I was starting to panic.

84

:

I was forgetting everything that I had

memorized, and I had to just take that

85

:

moment, take some deep breaths, shake

it out, do a little cheap break, and

86

:

it came to that realization that I am

trying to be something that I'm not,

87

:

and I need to be who I am and just

enjoy the process and just go up there.

88

:

And if nothing else, just talk about

what I already know how to talk about.

89

:

Even if I get lost in the slide

presentation and it worked.

90

:

I actually remembered most of it and

was able to put it into my own words.

91

:

So it came actually off more naturally

and was way more accepted than I

92

:

think it would have been had I stood

behind the podium and do what I

93

:

instinctually was like, you know what?

94

:

I'm just not gonna go on stage.

95

:

I'm just gonna stand behind this

podium and look down and read verbatim.

96

:

So I want you to try this method before

your next Zoom call, or you're live on

97

:

Instagram or Facebook, or before you

hit record for a prerecorded training.

98

:

You'll feel your voice drop an octave

in like your own truth in magic and just

99

:

relax and you'll maybe enjoy yourself

if speaking is not your strong suit.

100

:

Now I have a second ritual, which is

my one page plan, and it's basically

101

:

a Google doc that I have that lists

everything in one sheet, my offer

102

:

for the month, the belief that like

my UVP, my unique value proposition,

103

:

what makes me different from everybody

else that's doing the same thing.

104

:

What do I believe that empower her wave?

105

:

Is doing, what is my why?

106

:

What is my mission, my story?

107

:

What makes me unique?

108

:

What am I who am I talking to

and what do I want them to do?

109

:

And when life is like loud and

chaotic, I still have clarity.

110

:

And I can make the space to have

that quiet moment to kind of

111

:

refocus and remember what I'm doing.

112

:

And so that page really becomes

my compass no matter what.

113

:

Chaos starts to brew, whatever

waves are crashing down, I know

114

:

what I'm doing and why it matters.

115

:

And then the second ritual is.

116

:

My AI assistance and

so I don't doom scroll.

117

:

I try not to.

118

:

I try to be there intentionally,

make sure that I praise

119

:

people and I spread the love.

120

:

I spread my energy across the socials

like I would in person, you know,

121

:

asking people how they're doing,

showing them love, engaging, and giving

122

:

that, that energy exchange because I'm

hoping to get it back, um, and just

123

:

inspire and make the algorithm feed

a little bit less traumatic and sad.

124

:

And.

125

:

I also know that I, on the backend, have

the best all in one platform working

126

:

for me, which is my high level system.

127

:

I have AI employees that draft recaps

of my trainings and my meetings.

128

:

They help me reply to dms and answer

questions that are repetitive that I

129

:

don't necessarily need to be involved

in, and when I do, they notify me.

130

:

They help schedule my meetings.

131

:

They help sell my courses all

while I'm packing or sleeping

132

:

because of the fact that I realize

I'm in a different time zone.

133

:

And most people who are part of my clients

space, they're not in the same time zone.

134

:

I'm asleep when they're awake and

they're awake when I'm asleep.

135

:

But I don't worry about it

because I have AI employees

136

:

that are helping me bridge that.

137

:

Space.

138

:

They are built in workflows meant to help

me lead keynote speeches and nurture.

139

:

I was able to do like a prenatal birth

prep class for a Okinawa doula group

140

:

here at the library because I had that,

literally that Friday after I had done

141

:

all those AI workshops and the keynotes.

142

:

And that shift, I want that for everybody

because I was hustling with no help.

143

:

I was spending so much money across like

10 different platforms trying to piece it

144

:

all together, duct taping it and crossing

my fingers that like nothing would

145

:

break, and now it's all in one system.

146

:

AI is so built into it to help

me so that if it's not intuitive,

147

:

it can help explain it to me in

a way that actually makes sense.

148

:

I love learning with it.

149

:

The community supportive, the

customer support is amazing, and the

150

:

possibilities for how it can support

you in your business is limitless.

151

:

And I used to feel like leadership

meant doing everything by myself.

152

:

Because I needed to prove

that I could do it by myself.

153

:

And when I got pregnant, I really

realized that pregnancy like parenting is

154

:

exactly how entrepreneurship should be.

155

:

Like we are forced to feel

like we have to do it alone.

156

:

And when we ask for help,

it's a indication that we

157

:

have no idea what we're doing.

158

:

Well guess what?

159

:

Nobody really actually knows what they're

doing when they're raising their children.

160

:

That's why we are, they saved.

161

:

It takes a village to raise a child.

162

:

That's where that comes from.

163

:

And I feel like it's the same way

with entrepreneurship and business.

164

:

We were never meant to

build our businesses without

165

:

support, without a community.

166

:

And it means now that we

have this unique ability to.

167

:

Join this AI space and movement in

a meaningful and productive way, and

168

:

design a system that allows us to rest

while our business keeps breathing,

169

:

so that we can continue to serve,

to maximize our reach, to save more

170

:

people, to reach and keep them from

whatever pain that we have experienced

171

:

that we are now called to mission and.

172

:

Heal and keep other people from

having to walk that same path.

173

:

That's what AI has done for me in

a way that feels organic and right

174

:

and beautiful, just like I know how

to do that for my students when they

175

:

come to me because their nervous

system is a mess, and giving them

176

:

that space to really feel that true

meaning of exhaling and relaxing.

177

:

And if you're ready to feel like

that exhaling your business,

178

:

I invite you to join me.

179

:

And guess who my favorite coach?

180

:

Molly Mahoney High level is inviting her

to lead a two day build your AI sales

181

:

team workshop with them, and you're

gonna learn how to create an AI employee.

182

:

Several.

183

:

She's gonna show you how to do it

over the course of two days that.

184

:

Leads, I mean, sorry, the answers leads,

they're going to follow up automatically.

185

:

They're, she's gonna show you how

to build a voice and a chat one,

186

:

so you have the option of two.

187

:

Because like for me, I don't really

have a phone line, but if you are a

188

:

brick and mortar, or you still have

a phone that you are using to have

189

:

clients call you on, you can now.

190

:

Help have AI help you with those calls

so that you only have to take the

191

:

ones that you really need to take.

192

:

And what is she doing?

193

:

She's literally showing you

how to take back your time.

194

:

Now, I'm gonna put my

link in the show notes.

195

:

It's completely free.

196

:

I'm gonna be attending because

I love learning from this woman.

197

:

She's incredible.

198

:

I love the magic that she brings,

and she really teaches people

199

:

how to embrace ai, even if you're

scared and how to humanize it.

200

:

And when you continue to, um, you know,

with high level beyond the free 'cause

201

:

once you join, if you don't have high

level, you can get a 14 day free pass so

202

:

that you can check it out on the backside.

203

:

You can even build with Molly alongside

her live during the two day training.

204

:

But should you, because I know you

will see how freaking amazing it

205

:

is and the value, like how much you

pay versus what you get is like mind

206

:

blowing when you do it through my link.

207

:

You'll also get access inside of

my Heart and Hustle Seal Club.

208

:

Which is my baby, my platform.

209

:

week to help you build out your

210

:

content for the next month.

211

:

We also do a masterclass.

212

:

You get a free community, you get all

the courses that I've ever created,

213

:

and more as things continue to move

and I learn and then I teach you guys.

214

:

And we map out automations together.

215

:

I help support you with your high level.

216

:

If you have questions during our strategy

calls, it's amazing and you get access

217

:

to that once you become a paid user

of high level beyond your free trial.

:

219

:

The workshop itself is free.

220

:

221

:

And should you continue on and

you use my link, guess what?

222

:

You get even more gifts and then you

get to hang out with me even more.

223

:

That's amazing.

224

:

Now, if this episode grounded you

or it hit something, or it gave

225

:

you an aha or an inspiration.

226

:

I'd encourage you to hit

follow so that you get, tagged

227

:

when I put out a new episode.

228

:

If something really gave you a good

nugget, a good takeaway, please leave a

229

:

quick review and I'd love to cheer you on.

and you can also just tell me

234

:

about your favorite ritual.

235

:

I'd love to learn what other people are

doing to keep themselves grounded, and

236

:

I love celebrating other people's wins.

237

:

And as your final reminder, my beautiful

friend, you do not need to do it all.

238

:

That is not how you were

meant to lead at all.

239

:

Systems do not steal your soul.

240

:

They safeguard it and your time.

241

:

As always, continue to be you.

242

:

Continue to be beautiful.

243

:

Continue leading from your heart, and

I will catch you in the next episode.

244

:

Speaker 3: All right, beautiful.

245

:

That's a wrap on today's episode,

but before you go, let's talk

246

:

about something really important.

247

:

You are not just another entrepreneur

trying to figure things out alone.

248

:

You are a wave leader, someone whose work

is meant to create real impact, touch

249

:

the lives of others, and make this world.

250

:

Better, and I want you to know

you don't have to do it alone.

251

:

If today's conversation resonated

with you, I'd love to keep this energy

252

:

going inside of my free Facebook

community, empower Her Biz Collective.

253

:

It's where we take these conversations
