Episode 24

Ep 24: The 3 Invisible Leaks Making Content Harder Than It Should Be

Your content doesn’t feel heavy because you’re lazy, bad at batching, or unorganized. It feels heavy because your business is leaking energy in ways you can’t always see.

In this episode of the Heart-Led CEO Podcast, I’m breaking down the 3 invisible leaks that keep content creation harder than it should be:

Content Paralysis — when too many ideas (and even AI) freeze you instead of freeing you

Repurposing Roadblocks — when your best work dies after one post instead of multiplying

Clarity Chaos — when your message is muddy and every post feels like shouting into the void

You’ll also learn my 1-minute Content Energy Reset ritual, a quick practice to ground your nervous system before you hit publish—so your content actually feels aligned, not draining.

If you’ve been feeling the weight of content creation, this episode will help you find clarity, flow, and relief.

The reason your content feels so heavy is not because

2

:

you're bad at batching, you're lazy,

unorganized, or unfocused, it's

3

:

because your business is leaking

energy in ways you can't even see the.

4

:

That heaviness that you feel every

time you sit down to post, that's not

5

:

a flaw in you, my beautiful friend.

6

:

That's feedback.

7

:

And today I'm gonna show you

exactly how to lighten the load.

8

:

So grab your cup of coffee, your tea,

whatever's keeping you grounded, and

9

:

let's dive in into today's episode.

10

:

Speaker 3: Welcome to Heart LED CEO, the

podcast for women wellness entrepreneurs

11

:

who are ready to build scale and automate

their businesses without sacrificing

12

:

their soul, sanity, or authenticity.

13

:

I'm Anna Connie Walters, a

nurse turned entrepreneur.

14

:

Military spouse, first time mama in

my forties, and a recovering burnout

15

:

survivor who's making it a mission

to help heart led women just like

16

:

you, create thriving businesses that

really feel good, do good, and give

17

:

you the freedom that we all deserve.

18

:

Because here's the thing, you don't

have to hustle harder to succeed.

19

:

You don't have to drown in tech

overwhelm or try to do everything

20

:

alone, and I'm here to give you the

strategies, automation tools, and

21

:

mindset shifts that will help you

step fully into that leader, CEO, and

22

:

impact maker that you are meant to be.

23

:

If you're ready to grow your business in

a way that aligns with your values and

24

:

your life, you are in the right place.

25

:

Let's get into today's episode.

26

:

Speaker: Hello, my beautiful friend.

27

:

I hope wherever you are listening to

this, you are well, and I'm so excited

28

:

to be here because this month has really

been a big focus about adrenal fatigue,

29

:

adrenal health, burnout, and all the

things that people just don't talk about.

30

:

Or just are not aware.

31

:

And the truth is that I used to think

that I had a consistency problem when

32

:

it came to my marketing and my business.

33

:

I was continuously blaming myself for

not being disciplined enough or not

34

:

being good at batching because although

I want to be so good at batching, I

35

:

just struggle with it and I'm still

continuing to try to be better at it.

36

:

And I'm fine tweaking, but

it's taking a long time and.

37

:

It wasn't because I wasn't hustling hard

enough, but it was what I was feeling

38

:

internally and what I eventually realized

and what I see in so many of my clients

39

:

is that consistency is, has nothing

to necessarily do with discipline.

40

:

It's about safety.

41

:

And I was like, what?

42

:

That doesn't even make sense.

43

:

But your nervous system has to feel

safe before it will ever let you show

44

:

up consistently if you suffer from

staring at that blank screen and having

45

:

a writer's block or creative block

for me, which sometimes comes up where

46

:

I'll be on my game one day and then

all of a sudden I, when I really need.

47

:

To I'm on a deadline.

48

:

I've had life happen and

I need to get stuff done.

49

:

It's like everything turns against

me, it feels and I just cannot be.

50

:

I cannot stay focused.

51

:

Things are, I'm struggling to get

my words out, to come up with ideas.

52

:

Nothing sounds good.

53

:

I'm just like, I don't know.

54

:

Now, thank goodness for ai, because

it does help with some of that.

55

:

It gives you that boost to like,

okay, well just think just.

56

:

Like brainstorm, and then something

might just come up when you're having

57

:

the conversations with your AI employees.

58

:

But when your business is

leaking energy, it's like you're

59

:

trying to fill a cracked bucket.

60

:

Now my son who's three, he has these

toys where they're literally buckets,

61

:

but on the bottom of the bucket it

has little different shaped holes

62

:

so that he can see the difference

in the water and how it drains.

63

:

Some will drain super fast,

some will drain super slow.

64

:

Some of them will, the water,

the way the water looks.

65

:

It's supposed to be, I

think, a sensory thing.

66

:

But either way, guess what?

67

:

He gets frustrated because he continues

to fill it up, fill it up, fill it up,

68

:

and then he gets like, I don't wanna

play this no more, because none of

69

:

these buckets are holding the water.

70

:

And so no matter how much effort you

pour in, it's never going to feel enough.

71

:

You are never gonna feel, yeah.

72

:

And energized enough, creative enough,

it, it is just not gonna feel good.

73

:

And then you're just gonna get frustrated

and you're just gonna be like, F this.

74

:

This is not worth it.

75

:

Now there are three invisible leaks

that I see the most, so make sure

76

:

that you stay tuned for all three.

77

:

Now, the first one, and it is more

profound now with AI than ever before.

78

:

The first one is content paralysis,

because if you've suffered from being

79

:

multi-passionate, having, neurodivergency

having a hundred ideas swirling.

80

:

But when you go to post, you

basically freeze because now you

81

:

have so much content overload

in your mind, so many ideas.

82

:

You have trouble figuring out which

one to go with, what to put in, and

83

:

you default to basically nothing.

84

:

And now.

85

:

With ai, some, especially in my alchemized

content method, I was noticing a pattern

86

:

with my students being like rock stars

at using my custom GPTs to create seven

87

:

weeks worth of content in three minutes,

but then not actually following through

88

:

and putting the content out there.

89

:

Why?

90

:

Because it was just content overload.

91

:

What I was having to then do in our

live trainings is now is not the time.

92

:

ChatGPT pt specifically sole job is

to make you happy and it will continue

93

:

to give you, like, here's your stuff

now, would you like, like a PDF or a

94

:

presentation or would you like another,

like three more weeks of content?

95

:

Now most people's like,

yes, heck yeah, free stuff.

96

:

But it's no, no, no.

97

:

We need to be intentional now when

we're using AI because it is intended

98

:

to give us this slew of things.

99

:

And if you are not careful, you

are going to end up in that same

100

:

content paralysis where you're

now going to have so much amazing

101

:

information and content that you're

like, I don't know what to post now.

102

:

It's like the sword with two blades.

103

:

So you really need to be intentional.

104

:

And I'm super, super proud of myself

because I was running into the same

105

:

thing, not as bad as my students, but

I was noticing some similar patterns.

106

:

And so what did I do?

107

:

I created.

108

:

Canva template to go along with what

custom GPTs that I've built are giving out

109

:

so that it is literally a plug and play.

110

:

And so you have, you pick your day.

111

:

We do a lot of.

112

:

Energy cycling.

113

:

So whether it's through the moon or your

menstrual cycle, you notice what part of

114

:

the month or in your cycle you should be

doing that creative work because it is

115

:

where your hormones will help you, your

body and your mind be at the optimal

116

:

for certain activities, and you hone in

into that space and you spend that day

117

:

or those few days where you're in those

blocks to do brand, the custom Canva

118

:

templates that I've given you to your

brand, your tone, your pictures, your

119

:

your fonts, everything so that it looks

like something that should fit with you.

120

:

And then on the cycle part of your energy

cycle where you are more like, driven

121

:

for statistics and information, that

would be the day that you would then

122

:

use that information and bring it over

and you would try to do this for the

123

:

month in front of you and just do what

you can for the month that you're in.

124

:

And then that way it

is like magic you guys.

125

:

I'm actually batch creating and

I'm super proud of myself and I'm

126

:

so excited for my students now.

127

:

The second number two, VI invisible

leak is repurposing roadblocks,

128

:

and it is one of the things that

I built the Alchemized Content

129

:

Method, which is my signature course.

130

:

From you create one big, beautiful

webinar, podcast, blog training,

131

:

YouTube video live video, whether

it's a live on your Instagram or

132

:

your YouTube, or not a YouTube.

133

:

It'd be a YouTube video, but

like a Facebook Live if you go

134

:

live into your community groups.

135

:

And then what happens?

136

:

It just dies there.

137

:

We don't really take

the time to send it out.

138

:

We hope that the universe is gonna help

us, or the algorithm is gonna catch

139

:

on to one of our SEOs or the metadata

is gonna help with our hashtags or

140

:

whatever, and we just, we leave it there.

141

:

We might promote it when we are,

it's fresh when it's like that first

142

:

week and then we never go back to it.

143

:

Now the method that I teach you is that we

are constantly sending people back to it.

144

:

We are no longer feeling this

hamster wheel of reinventing.

145

:

What do I, what should I post about today?

146

:

I like, oh my gosh, like I've, I feel

like I've talked about everything

147

:

in my business, and I don't know

what else I can create that's new.

148

:

No, no, no, no.

149

:

Instead we multiply.

150

:

What we've already created.

151

:

It's, it, if you do it the way most people

do, instead of multiplying your content

152

:

so that it is continuously feeding off

of that one beautiful main like creation

153

:

that you've already spent so much time

on, and then it just sits lonely in

154

:

that corner of, the web or social.

155

:

We create a system where you are

constantly psyching people through that,

156

:

cycling through it, and it's beautiful.

157

:

It's like this beautiful

ecosystem and like you don't

158

:

have to have that much content.

159

:

So it's specifically awesome for

people who are new to the business

160

:

to focus on creating like this

initial power content that then

161

:

they can just constantly pull from.

162

:

While they're trying to catch up

and really start to answer questions

163

:

or so make, create content to.

164

:

Solve solutions for their clients in

a current situation because sometimes

165

:

it does take time for us to learn

what exactly do our clients need?

166

:

What do they actually need help with?

167

:

What are they actually willing to pay

that I can give them a solution to?

168

:

Sometimes that part takes time, and

so when you have this cyclic system.

169

:

Of content that you know is like the

basis of what all people in your niche

170

:

are gonna be looking for, whether

you're a birth worker or a yoga

171

:

instructor, a yoga therapist, a fitness

instructor, a water sports instructor.

172

:

You already know like the basic

things, the most common questions

173

:

that you get asked, especially if

you're already like teaching an

174

:

in-service based business thing.

175

:

And then the third one is clarity, chaos.

176

:

When you are not a hundred percent

sure who your message is for or what

177

:

you're building towards, then every

single post feels like you're just.

178

:

Shouting into this big void on the web,

like it's, you're just like out there

179

:

like shouting into this empty space.

180

:

You're not getting likes,

you're not getting views.

181

:

People are have, you

have a high skip rate.

182

:

No one's messaging you, you're

not connecting with anybody and

183

:

you're not getting new followers.

184

:

And I had that problem when I was

literally taking all of my beautiful

185

:

business ideas and putting it into one.

186

:

I had fat mermaids, PHAT, which is

my standup paddleboard business,

187

:

the first business that I started,

and I was sticking everything.

188

:

Military life, gardening, young,

living essential oils, holistic,

189

:

lifestyle changes, cooking

pre and postnatal pregnancy.

190

:

And it was like, no, I was

like crickets, like nobody was.

191

:

Reaching out, uh, it was, I was

confused myself as to what to

192

:

post eventually because I was

like, I don't know what to post.

193

:

Like, what did I just recently post?

194

:

This is supposed to be about

standup paddle boarding, and it just

195

:

kind of became this huge cluster.

196

:

But when I separated and I created

an umbrella brand, and underneath

197

:

that umbrella brand, I had a separate

brand for each of my focus points,

198

:

pre and postnatal and women's health.

199

:

My standup paddle boarding and

mindset and now, my uh, burnout

200

:

and business coaching for content

creation, AI and automation strategy.

201

:

It's like very specific.

202

:

Now.

203

:

When I look at my Instagram, I'm like,

I'm only getting reached out to by

204

:

either people who are in my industry.

205

:

And I don't ever see them as competitors.

206

:

They're like my, what my coach has

taught me to call them as my power

207

:

partners or they're actual like students.

208

:

People that I've met through challenges

that I've been like an ambassador for

209

:

or my own students who continuously,

you know, get inspiration or whatever.

210

:

Or new people that are looking and

they're just kind of on that waiting

211

:

list and waiting for that right

content to hit them, to give them

212

:

that courage to say that final.

213

:

Yes.

214

:

So if any of does it, if any of this

sounds familiar, I would love to hear it.

215

:

Whether you comment on this

podcast episode or you reach out

216

:

to me privately on social or if

you're in our Facebook group, you

217

:

know, saying, I listened to this.

218

:

Episode, and this is kind of where,

this is the leak that I'm stuck with.

219

:

And so I wanna give you a quick one,

and I call it the content energy reset

220

:

because it only really takes one minute.

221

:

It's not that long.

222

:

And I want you to just, if you can,

if you're driving, don't do this, but

223

:

place, put one hand on your heart.

224

:

And you can put two or one depending

on what you're doing, and I want you to

225

:

just take that full deep breath into your

nose, into the belly, into the ribs, then

226

:

that last little breath into your chest.

227

:

And as you start to exhale, ask

yourself when you're creating your

228

:

content, does this post move me closer

to clarity, connection, or conversion?

229

:

Does this post move me closer to

clarity, connection, or conversion?

230

:

Now, if the answer is like

a hell yes, then share it.

231

:

But if it is not, then

you need to let it go.

232

:

You need to shake your hands out, let that

energy go and just say thank you, goodbye.

233

:

And either use chat, PT,

or go on to your next idea.

234

:

And that's it.

235

:

It takes one minute.

236

:

If it doesn't feel good to you, when

you look at your business, when you look

237

:

at who you're supposed to be making the

content for, who your dream client that

238

:

you are trying to attract, then you know

you need to be find that intentionality.

239

:

And that's really where.

240

:

You find that machete to cut through the

heaviness of creating content, because

241

:

I think we're, we spend so much time

trying to create the perfect caption

242

:

and the perfectness, and sometimes what

people really need to see is rawness and

243

:

realness, relatability, and they need

you to talk to them in their language

244

:

and help them solve the problems that

they're looking for, the solutions to.

245

:

It's so much simpler, but we

have the tendency to make simple

246

:

things, I think complicated.

247

:

And so if you're like me and you

thought, you know, you needed to post

248

:

more and hustle more and work harder

and never feeling like enough, know

249

:

that you don't need any of that.

250

:

What you need is clarity.

251

:

And that's what I offer you in

the Alchemized content method, a

252

:

clear blueprint and step-by-step

handholding course that is

253

:

self-paced where I help you map out.

254

:

S the, the buying beliefs that

you need to help instill inside of

255

:

your dream clients and help them.

256

:

You know, you basically create

content that follows the client

257

:

journey cycle that's specific to your

business and what you offer, and.

258

:

Who you're trying to attract, and you

have a very clear picture by the end of

259

:

that course who, who you are, what you

offer, who you are trying to off, you know

260

:

who you, you serve, and how you do it.

261

:

Because when you really have quick

answers to those things, then the

262

:

rest of it really falls into place.

263

:

Then you can literally create

an entire month of powerful

264

:

magnetic content in a few minutes.

265

:

And you can then in one afternoon,

take that in all the templates

266

:

that I give you and really batch,

create your entire month of content.

267

:

And then when you feel the power or

the energy or whatever the inspiration

268

:

to go live or create a reel or do some

more advanced stuff, the energy is there

269

:

because you are no longer feeling, I

mean, you're no longer serving from.

270

:

Within your cup, you are now

serving from that overflow.

271

:

You're like, oh my gosh.

272

:

Normally I would be like still

struggling trying to create content

273

:

and I'm just kind of sitting here

like, what should I do with my time?

274

:

What should I do with my day?

275

:

That is the most beautiful feeling

and I wish that I could give it

276

:

to everybody, and guess what?

277

:

I can.

278

:

You just have to take that

first initial step and say yes.

279

:

Because it does not have anything to

do again, with a lot of the things

280

:

that we get caught up with, you know?

281

:

And I think once you have that

clarity and then you start creating

282

:

with ease and not from burnout.

283

:

Or stress, then you become actually more

disciplined because you finally have a

284

:

framework that, again, what's the whole

purpose of the alchemized content method?

285

:

And what I teach is to help

your nervous system feel safe.

286

:

And that's the magic of alignment.

287

:

It truly will make your content

feel lighter, your business feel

288

:

lighter, and your life feel lighter.

289

:

You're gonna be more full of energy,

you're gonna be more inspired,

290

:

you're going to have more time

to connect with clients that

291

:

actually wanna buy stuff from you.

292

:

And so for some of you, you can totally

take this and run with it and self,

293

:

fix yourself and, and patch all the

leaks to your business, to your life

294

:

because it's not just your content that

is leaking, it's your whole business.

295

:

It's your whole life and you need to look

at where you're having those problems.

296

:

But for some people, they are

saying yes, and you're laing along.

297

:

To this podcast, but you're not

sure where those leaks actually

298

:

are, and that's where my business

vital signs strategy call comes in.

299

:

It's 90 minutes.

300

:

I basically talk to you and then help

you find those leaks, and then we find

301

:

the solutions to plug them so that you

can have that reset plan that actually

302

:

supports you and not gives you more things

to do to then continuously drain you.

303

:

But if you're ready to like really

master repurposing your content in

304

:

a beautiful system that I teach,

the doors are open right now for

305

:

the Alchemized content method.

306

:

It is still at the founding

member price of only $97.

307

:

It will eventually go up, but I really,

really want this to go to more people.

308

:

I've seen crazy, crazy transformations

from everything from a yoga therapist to

309

:

a reiki master, to a standup paddleboard

instructor and a holistic beauty.

310

:

Um, she creates, like lotions

and like a beauty care skin line.

311

:

Sorry, that was what I was

trying to come up with.

312

:

It works across all niches and so.

313

:

That's my invite to you.

314

:

That's where you'll learn how to really

take that one piece of content and turn

315

:

it into 25 or more aligned magnetic

binge-worthy pieces without that burnout.

316

:

Or if you are completely new and you're

just starting your business and you

317

:

have no content, this will give you

that spark to really start creating

318

:

badass content from the get go.

319

:

So just real recap from

what we talked about today.

320

:

Again, the heaviness in your content

is most likely because you have

321

:

invisible leaks and you need to take a

self-audit of your business and yourself.

322

:

Remember that consistency

is not about DI discipline.

323

:

It is about creating that safety.

324

:

Just like in your yin yoga

practice, I teach yin.

325

:

I don't like it myself, but I know it's

what I need and that's how I teach it to

326

:

my students because it is in that moment.

327

:

Where we are trying to resist the

urge when your body's right at that

328

:

tipping point where it starts to get

uncomfortable, and our natural urge

329

:

is to let go because it's getting

too hard and all our body needs.

330

:

Is for us to continue to breathe and

create that environment to make it

331

:

feel safe to regulate our central

nervous system so that our body

332

:

will naturally relax into the pose.

333

:

And that is where that elasticity

in our muscles comes in.

334

:

And it's a beautiful transformation

to see people's body relax when

335

:

I watch them in the yin practice.

336

:

And then.

337

:

If you're really struggling, your

quick win was to do that one minute

338

:

content energy reset before you go

and put publish on your next post.

339

:

And I would suggest that before you

even go into Canva or before you go and

340

:

create that reel, if you are already

at that place, you have some drafts

341

:

that you're like looking at and you

haven't necessarily pushed publish

342

:

'cause you're scared or whatever,

take that reset, um, sequence and

343

:

then see if you can get some clarity.

344

:

So that's your action step.

345

:

Before you publish your very next piece

of content, I want you to pause and ask

346

:

yourself again, does this move towards

clarity, connection, or conversion?

347

:

And if your answer is no, then give

yourself permission to let it go.

348

:

And if you need somebody else

to tell you, I am giving you

349

:

the permission to let it go.

350

:

And that's all I got for

you, my beautiful friend.

351

:

I hope that this was helpful.

352

:

If there's any information or

aha moments that you got, I

353

:

would love to hear from you.

354

:

As always, it would mean the world

to me if you can take a few moments

355

:

to write this podcast so that it

helps reach other, um, women wellness

356

:

entrepreneurs, um, and military community.

357

:

Also leave me any comments,

especially if there's content that

358

:

you would love to hear me teach

about that I haven't gotten to yet.

359

:

And as always, continue to be

you, continue to be beautiful and

360

:

continue leading from your heart.

361

:

I will catch you in the next episode.

362

:

Speaker 2: All right, beautiful.

363

:

That's a wrap on today's episode,

but before you go, let's talk

364

:

about something really important.

365

:

You are not just another entrepreneur

trying to figure things out alone.

366

:

You are a wave leader, someone whose work

is meant to create real impact, touch

367

:

the lives of others, and make this world.

368

:

Better, and I want you to know

you don't have to do it alone.

369

:

If today's conversation resonated

with you, I'd love to keep this energy

370

:

going inside of my free Facebook

community, empower Her Biz Collective.

371

:

It's where we take these conversations

deeper with life trainings, tech

372

:

walkthroughs, and real heart-centered.

373

:

Support from other women wellness

entrepreneurs who really get it.

374

So if you're ready for community

clarity and support, as you build

375

:

your own business with heart and ease,

I'd invite you to come and join us.

376

378
